Tunnel module: reaching VPN-only customers

per month, up to 5 VPN customer networks
Some customers only let you in over a point-to-site VPN. The Tunnel module's Linux connector builds those connections on your own server (OpenVPN, Fortinet), so no VPN client goes on the technician's machine. It is not charged per head: 5 VPN customer networks are included, and each additional one is €8.20 a month.
The 15% annual discount applies to the module too. Setting up the VPN profiles is part of onboarding.

What the fee includes
- All version updates
- Product support: issue reporting and advice
- Onboarding, installation and training: a one-off fee, quoted after an assessment
- Data migration from another tool: part of onboarding, needs development work
- Hosting: the broker and MSSQL run on your servers, so there is no hosting fee
