Privacy Notice

Effective from 13 August 2026. This notice describes what personal data we process on the visiondesk.hu website, for what purpose, on what legal basis and for how long, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Contact form

When you submit the form on the Contact page, we process:

  • name, company name, email address (required fields)
  • phone number, estimated user count, currently used tool, and message text (optional fields)

Purpose: answering your enquiry, arranging a quote or a demo.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the consent checkbox when you submit the form.
Processor: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited — the site is hosted on Azure Static Web Apps and the form reply is delivered via Azure Communication Services; Microsoft does not use this data for its own purposes.
Retention: 1 year after the enquiry is closed (a quote is sent, the enquiry is declined, or the enquirer stops responding), unless a longer period is required by law or by a resulting contract.

3. Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

The site collects anonymous, aggregated visit statistics via Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager — only once you accept this in the banner shown at the bottom of the page. Without consent, no measurement takes place (consent is managed through Google's Consent Mode v2 framework).

Data collected: pages visited, approximate location (country/region level), device and browser type, and referral source — collected pseudonymously via a cookie identifier, not tied to your name.
Purpose: understanding and improving how the site is used.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
Processor: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). See Google's own privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy.
Retention: as configured in our Google Analytics account's data retention setting.
Withdrawing consent: you can change your decision at any time by clearing the cookies stored for visiondesk.hu in your browser — the banner will then reappear on your next visit.

4. Your rights

Regarding the processing described above, you have the right to:

  • request access to the data we hold about you
  • request correction of inaccurate data
  • request erasure once there is no longer a legal basis for processing
  • request restriction of processing
  • object to the processing
  • receive the data you provided in a machine-readable format (data portability)
  • withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal

If you believe our data processing violates your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority:
